Emergency Relief Fund
We understand that natural disasters and pandemics are tough in any situation. We also understand that those with SMA sometimes need a little more assistance when air quality is compromised. We hope this aid supports you and your family, even if it is in the smallest way. We know that we can accomplish more if we all help each other.
Any relief* provided for Area Fires or Coronavirus must be used towards living and/or medical expenses associated with evacuation or emergency needs that arise from these natural disasters. The recipient must be diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy to be eligible. Please provide proof of diagnosis with your application to info@liverhysstrong.org. We cannot review your application without this documentation.
